When is the next edition of the festival?

The IBCF this year will take place on 31st October, 1st and 2nd November.

Who can buy the Pro Pass?

The pro-pass is intended for coffee professionals, lovers and even the general audience.

What activities can I access with my entrance?

In the Program section you will find all the activities and talks within the framework of IBCF. Each activity will specify what type of input you need to access.

  • Day Pass: the day entrance that gives access to the exhibition area on Saturday November 2nd. This ticket will be sold in the entrance.
  • Pro Day Pass: the day entrance that gives access to all the talks, activities and festive areas.
  • Pro ticket: 3 days access to all the talks, activities and areas of the festival.

I have a café / I am a roaster and I want to participate in the festival. Who can I contact?

How can I get to the festival?

It will be held in the venue Utopia 126. (Cristóbal de Moura 126, 08019, Barcelona.)

Where can I stay for the IBCF?

In this edition we collaborate with a hotel you can stay and enjoy the festival during the weekend. With the code SCP580633 will get a 20% discount during the festival at the Ibis Styles Barcelona Centre., and book directly via e-mail to [email protected]

Is Pet Friendly Utopia 126?

We are sorry but Utopia 126 does not allow any pets.

If I buy the ticket to attend a talk / activity on Saturday, do I have to pay part of the entrance fee for the IBCF?

No, if you buy a ticket for a activity held on Saturday, the entry for the festival is included in the price. The entrance to the talks and activities includes the access to the venue.

Where can I find information about the side events to the Festival?

In the Program section of our website you will find all the details of the activities that are carried out during the IBCF days, as well as in our social networks, which we update every day all the information.

Will there be food during the Festival? Will there be gluten free, vegetarian and vegan food?

We have an outdoor space where there will be several cooking restaurants, bars with artisan drinks and of course, gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options.

I like the project and would like to be a volunteer, where can I register?

Is it possible to enter the festival with children or under 18 years of age?

Yes, children under 12 years of age can enter free of charge.

What can I do if I have not received my ticket?

Write us an e-mail to [email protected] with the purchase information and we will send it back to you again.

Is the venue adapted for people with reduced mobility or with some kind of specific need?

The whole space is adapted for people with reduced mobility.

I cannot go to the festival, can I return my ticket?

We do not accept returns. Consult our change policy here.

Can I buy tickets on the day of the festival?

Yes, you can buy tickets for the festival at the venue. It is preferable to buy the tickets of the professional days in advance as they can be sold out.

Are there discounts available for the tickets?

Can I go out and back into the venue?

Yes, you can go out and back in the wristbands of the festival.
